Great shows at Silver Factory Studios, Unknown Theater, Mountain Bar, Space 15 Twenty, and The Echo over the weekend but we must say for the first time this year show-fatigue hit us pretty hard. Don't know what it could be although reading all those incessant rantings from that one silly lady can be exhausting. Still, we think we'll be up to the task for this week's happenings. Wednesday, Ovideo celebrates the release of their new EP "Enthusiasm" at the Silverlake Lounge. U-N-I celebrate the release of their new record A Love Supreme at the Viper Room. Jesca Hoop begins her April/farewell L.A. residency at the Hotel Cafe. War Tapes, LACO$TE, Moment Trigger, Bloody Robots and others at The Smell. Also, happy belated birthday to our old friend Charlotte Martin who celebrated turning 21 (again) over the weekend. And happy birthday this week (today in fact) to our other old friend Anna Nalick... In other celebration news, two la-undergrounders were recently engaged to be married. Not to each other. That would be weird and in most states illegal. Congrats, you crazy kids (and it's about time!)
