I Can See Right Through You, But I Fall Right Back To You

Good week. Let's keep it going...

Great psych-rock lineup at Spaceland tonight with The Quarter After, Rocking Horse People, Stevenson Ranch Davidians, and The Pink Snowflakes (visiting from our friendly neighbor to the north, Portland, OR). War Tapes headlines Underground at the Echo. Xu Xu Fang, Winter Flowers, and Exitmusic at The Bordello. Alex and Sam at El Cid. And our old friend n.lannon (apparently going by his full name now) returns to town at the Knitting Factory with Frankel... Saturday, Languis make their 08 debut at pehrspace. While over at Crane's, the lovely Cat Hair Ensemble and Erich Von Kneip play a free show. Bloody Robots and Duchess of Tek converge at The Cocaine. And Oliver Future, Thailand, Casxio, and The Forward power pop at Spaceland... Sunday, Benji Hughes and Whispertown2000 will pack Tangier. The Sweet Hurt leads others for a KillRadio benefit at Lost Souls. At Echoplex, Daniel Brummel of Ozma does an intimate set at Air Condition Lounge, Om brings their monophonic metal to the stage to destroy you and your sense of melody.

But, most importantly, let's have fun.

The Quarter After - "One Trip Later" (MP3)
Winter Flowers - "Fire Song" (MP3)
n.lannon - "Next Obsession" (MP3)
Languis - "Someone Else's Fault" (MP3)

The Pink Snowflakes - "Like Ice Cream"
