Earlimart celebrates the release of their new album Mentor Tormentor on Friday at SWMBWC with Castledoor and The Happy Hollows, a lineup only rivaled by this weekend's Sunset Junction and Earlimart's other CD release show on 8/21 with The Parson Red Heads and The Pity Party. These shows will sell out so buy your tickets now.
Is Hanson's show tonight at the Hotel Cafe supposed to be a secret? Who cares. Meiko, Buddy, Whispertown 2000, and Jordi Seay alone are worth the line you'll probably be standing in... Dengue Fever headlines what will be a great evening of Cambodian rock at the Knitting Factory tomorrow. The night also features a screening of Sleepwalking Through the Mekong, the untold story of Dengue Fever, which we have been anxiously wanting to see for some time now.
Low End Theory is back at the Airliner after a whirlwind few months at Little Temple then the Echoplex. Supposedly, security will be beefed up this time so please leave your ballistics at home or in other words, wait until after the show to threaten each other with harmful weaponry. Blu, Exile, Ta'Raach, and House Shoes are this week's guests.

After four months Tenlons Fort is tired and bored with crying into a microphone alone. Looking for musicians to tap into the new excitement. There are pop songs being written and for the joy of playing them, Tenlons Fort wants to be a band again. Looking for drums keyboards, bass, xylophone, guitar, cello, violin. In no particular order. No flakes, or as my friend said, no junkies. Looking to play Los Angeles shows and beyond. The dream of traveling the world with music is a must. Where is He Working? Where is He Working?
